Here at The Polkadot Platypus, we donate a portion of our proceeds to organizations that benefit Down syndrome awareness, research and education. We have made it our mission to promote Down syndrome awareness in our community, as well as do all we can to help individuals with Down syndrome realize their dreams.

In honor of Mother's Day, for the month of May, we are donating 10% of all sales from The Bumble Collection to the Down Syndrome Clinic at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, Maryland. The mission of the Down Syndrome Clinic team is to help each individual with Down syndrome reach his or her full potential and function as independently as possible in all aspects of family, school and community life.
